Recently we have developed a range of stainless steel frypans and saucepans under la cooks brand, to cater to specific needs of hotels and restaurants. The product range is developed after close interactions with chefs and those associated with cooking in hotels and restaurants. After carefully studying cooking range burners and hubs, the pan sizes were decided. To enhance cooking efficiency we designed encapsulated type sandwich bottom with aluminium as a heat conducting media and stainless steel as a covering to provide protection and facilitate cleaning. Frypans and saucepans can be supplied with full stainless steel or stainless steel with wooden grip handles. Wooden grip is secured to stainless steel portion of handle with rivets. Handles are generously designed for ease of cooking and strength. Interiors of frypans and saucepans are satin finish and the edge is beaded for additional strength.

We are happy to state that we were the first to develop induction cookware for five star hotels in India. Above-mentioned frypans and saucepans can be supplied in induction grade stainless steel material. We are also in process to develop other cookware products required by hotels and restaurants and will inform you the developments from time to time.
